Context#

NCCU (National Chengchi University) is one of the top universities in Taiwan. They need a modernized donation website utilizing Oen's powerful CRM platform for their diverse donors.

Oen offers full sets of features for educational donation, including receipt issuing, donor details management, perks/product setup, and email marketing. NCCU required a donation website that preserved their brand while delivering a more refined user experience. The challenge was to create a tailored user experience for their donors while developing new features in core product that would benefit all clients.

The design process involved analyzing NCCU's existing site and brand guidelines to identify improvement opportunities. Through close iterative feedback with stakeholders, the solution maintained familiar navigation patterns while introducing cleaner layouts and streamlined flows.
